  32. 900 g chicken breast;
  33. 100 g of almond flour;
  34. 2 eggs;
  35. 1 tbsp flaxseed flour;
  36. 1 tsp paprika;
  37. ½ tsp garlic powder;
  38. ½ tsp salt;
  39. ½ tsp dry parsley;
  40. ¼ tsp black pepper.
  41. TUNA BREAD ROLLS
  42. 1 can of tuna;
  43. 1 small cucumber;

  45. 4 slices of wholemeal bread.

  47. 900 g minced meat;
  48. 60 g breadcrumbs;
